My set up and migration to Love Loyalty was super easy. The support representative answered the chat immediately, and was able to upload all of my customer files within minutes. Their helpdesk website is extremely easy to navigate, so finding answers to my questions hasn't been difficult at all so far. I haven't yet integrated the app on my Shopify storefront, but based on my experience so far I'm very pleased with Love and hope my customers are, too!

I have just moved from another loyalty app (that was very pricey and did not offer much functionality at its lower price point) to Love Loyalty and the move and set up has been very smooth. Balint responded quickly to my request for guidance and set things up for me. The setup stuff I did myself was easy. It was easy to make a clear and simple loyalty programme page (unlike the other app which made me end up having to make my own page using screenshots I took to help walk people through the programme!)) and it will be easy for my customers to navigate. I am glad I made the move, as it feels like a good customer-facing programme, good value for money for my business, and I feel confident that if I have any other things I need to sort in the future Balint and the Love Loyalty team will be there to help. Highly recommend.

I have just set up the Love loyalty Program and so far I am really impressed by the reactivity and the support of Balint to implement the app in our website including helping to customized when needed and when possible.Sounds promising !

i tried 2-3 "premium" apps until this one. Love Loyalty has everything in place, and guess what is working as expected for the 1\3 price of the others. Everything in the description of the app is true and working.

Finally, a loyalty app that does not require additional IT skills, meaning it is easy to use. Apart from being user friendly, it also offers fantastic loyalty features for any webstore, to enhance customers experience. It makes offering, monitoring, and redeeming points a piece of cake. Great job from the developers.

This app is the best! Setting up is pretty easy and straigthforward, but if you have any issue, they offer a setup free of charge. The app works well and you can costumize it for your store. It has all the necessary options and customer support is excellent. 100% recommended!

We were looking for a loyalty program app for our store, and most of the apps had limited settings or could not be adapted to the Czech language. The Love Loyalty app fits perfectly, it can be deployed to many places in the store, the language is perfectly customizable. The app support is fast, helpful and very nice! We are looking forward to further cooperation.

Great loyalty app! We tried a few out and this app has some really nice features included in the lower cost plan that other companies don’t offer. Lots of customizations and a familiar interface. The team one of the most responsive out there. We would definitely recommend checking this app out first.
