this app is amazing, it has several implementations and a lot of types of rewards. It is easy to use and set up and customer support is 10+ Highly recommend. The price is just WOWOWOWOWOW and it competes with apps which are 10x expensive. Good job Balint! :)

Great app, works very well natively in our store and is a popular addition. The developers are helpful and I had a nice meeting with Balint about exciting additions to their platform. Hopefully our insight (among others) will help them shape useful apps (alongside this one) going forward!

The best thing about this APP is the team behind it. Its very straight forward to set up and implement but if you are a DIYer like myself if you have any questions or need help with anything at all Balint goes above and beyond to help. I am very much looking forward to the program rewarding my customers and strengthening my brand loyalty. There are many 'reward' programmes out there and Love loyalty is at a reasonable price, great support and all the features you need.

I cannot recommend this app enough!! It is super user-friendly, but before I knew that for myself, I immediately asked for guidance, and Balint responded to me in minutes. He was able to access my account with my permission and set up my loyalty program exactly how I wanted it, even giving me plenty of pointers on how to structure my point system and different tiers. He honestly went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He even added sign-up points retroactively to all my customers who had already signed up prior to creating the loyalty program. We have been running this loyalty app for a few weeks now, and my customers are LOVING it. Everything has run flawlessly. Knowing that I can reach out for help making any changes and get an immediate response is invaluable. This has been such an asset for our company as a whole, and we greatly appreciate it!

I’m currently building my second website, and while exploring various rewards apps, I came across Love Loyalty Program & Rewards and decided to set it up. With so many additional tasks involved in launching the site and multiple developers working on our store, the costs quickly added up. Eventually, we decided to handle the rewards program setup ourselves. During the setup process, I had a lot of questions and areas where I needed assistance, and that’s when Balint truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly kind and helpful, responding to emails quickly and consistently. What stood out the most was that he even accessed our store as a user to provide direct support. I’ve installed and worked with many apps across both my first and second sites, but Balint’s level of hands-on support is unmatched. I am sincerely grateful for his help. If you're looking for a reliable rewards program for your store, I highly recommend this app—not only because of its features but also because of its outstanding customer service. This app is simply the best.

We were on the search for a great app to offer our customers a seamless fun and easy way to get rewarded. The Love Loyalty app met our needs and needless to say it has been a smooth onboarding experience. Any customizations needed for our store were handled by Balint. He has been a great partnership, and he takes care of all our needs quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend Love Loyalty Program & Rewards app.

My set up and migration to Love Loyalty was super easy. The support representative answered the chat immediately, and was able to upload all of my customer files within minutes. Their helpdesk website is extremely easy to navigate, so finding answers to my questions hasn't been difficult at all so far. I haven't yet integrated the app on my Shopify storefront, but based on my experience so far I'm very pleased with Love and hope my customers are, too!

I have just moved from another loyalty app (that was very pricey and did not offer much functionality at its lower price point) to Love Loyalty and the move and set up has been very smooth. Balint responded quickly to my request for guidance and set things up for me. The setup stuff I did myself was easy. It was easy to make a clear and simple loyalty programme page (unlike the other app which made me end up having to make my own page using screenshots I took to help walk people through the programme!)) and it will be easy for my customers to navigate. I am glad I made the move, as it feels like a good customer-facing programme, good value for money for my business, and I feel confident that if I have any other things I need to sort in the future Balint and the Love Loyalty team will be there to help. Highly recommend.

I have just set up the Love loyalty Program and so far I am really impressed by the reactivity and the support of Balint to implement the app in our website including helping to customized when needed and when possible.Sounds promising !

i tried 2-3 "premium" apps until this one. Love Loyalty has everything in place, and guess what is working as expected for the 1\3 price of the others. Everything in the description of the app is true and working.

We're using the app for a month now, it works well, that's what we needed. Install and customization went smooth and nice. We highly recommend the app.
