Love Loyalty Points & Rewards

I’ve been using the app for a little while now and overall it has some really useful features. The layout is clear, easy to navigate and the rewards system has a lot of potential. Looking forward to seeing future updates as the team continues to refine things. Had a great experience so far and many customers use this rewards program now which is great.

We migrated from another 'well known' loyalty App in September, I would normally leave a good couple of months before I review an App, but I have to say we are delighted with LOVE Loyalty. It’s built for Shopify so all the data we want access to can be in Meta Fields in Shopify Admin, and it integrates perfectly with our choice of Review App – making it easy to reward points for Reviews, and with Shopify Flow allowing more adaptation. Bálint and the support team are excellent and available every time we have needed them. I also rate very highly any App developer that wants to listen to feedback and recommendations – no matter how off the wall they sound – and the Love Loyalty team certainly do that.

We chose this app for our growing online shop that has been running for a few years. It includes everything we need, so we were able to perfectly customize the customer experience and also improve our marketing in this direction. The customer support is helpful and fast, the setup is simple, and in terms of value for money, it’s an excellent choice.

Jokes aside they totally crushed it, hyper responsive, we already made like 5000$ of membership sales within 30 days of going live. We are only two weeks into using it but migrated thousands of customers over from our last rewards company to here and it went smooth as silk. So far not one issue has arisen. The rewards works flawlessly, zero tech issues and customer support has been outstanding.
