We’ve had one of the best onboarding experiences ever thanks to LoyaltyLion! We were on a tight two-week deadline to get fully up and running, and not only did the LoyaltyLion team rise to the challenge—they exceeded every expectation. Our onboarding specialist, Jason, was absolutely incredible! He guided us through every step with such clarity and efficiency that the entire transition was seamless! Even with platforms that take a full month to onboard, we’ve had headaches in the past—but not with LoyaltyLion! Even rushed, the process was smooth, supportive, and completely free of hiccups. We felt confident from day one that we were in the right hands to get this done under such a tight schedule. Now that we’re live, our loyalty program is running beautifully. It’s easier for our customers to use and far more intuitive on the back end for our team, too. We’re so happy to be using a platform that’s not only powerful and has so many great features, but also backed by such excellent support. Jason, and the other members of the Support team that we’ve been able to work with have all been so friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and quick to answer any questions we have and offer suggestions to make our program even better. We’re already seeing the benefits one week in, and are excited to keep building on this foundation to improve our customer journey, deepen brand loyalty, and raise our average order value!
