Overpriced software and hard to cancel. They force you into a contract and even when the business shuts down, they make it difficult to cancel. They'll just keep charging you. Predatory. Stay away.

The platform is easy to use and gives you plenty of flexibility to customise how customers earn and redeem points, while still keeping everything simple to manage on the backend. The setup process was straightforward, and whenever I’ve had questions, the support team has been really helpful and responsive. I also love how seamlessly the program integrates with our Shopify store and allows us to create a loyalty experience that feels aligned with our brand.
