Really smooth onboarding experience with LoyaltyLion. The setup was well structured and everything was explained clearly along the way. A special shoutout to Reya, who supported us throughout the entire process, always quick to respond, super helpful and genuinely invested in getting our program launched properly. Highly recommend.
Really strong support experience with Sathiya. Our business hit a rough patch this year and our plan cost became difficult to carry. Sathiya took the time to understand the situation properly, took it to his director, and came back with something that genuinely eased the pressure. He also confirmed all the details in writing without me needing to ask twice, which I appreciated. Good, responsive, human account management. If you end up working with him you're in good hands.
Our Rep Duuran was super patient and helpful. Walked me through every step of the way. Thanks for being super accommodating and supportive!

The LL team have been excellent in our transition from Square to Shopify. We had an existing loyalty system that has been made even better with LL, and we have tons of new data to parse through and customer are loving the new points tiers, rewards etc. Big shout out to Nahum and the engineering team for guiding and helping us along the way.

We have just launched our Nipper Rewards loyalty programme using LoyaltyLion. Its so easy to navigate and customise, plus the support has been fantastic through our onboarding. A massive thanks to Josh, Libby and the team!

LoyaltyLion functionality seems as I would expect. Checks boxes for the big requirements we have. Their support on the other hand is arguably the worst I have ever experienced. Issues I have raised takes DAYS, WEEKS to get sorted. Escalating the lack of urgency resulted in one big shoulder shrug. I will be leaving this app as soon as our contract is up.

App will not let me access anything other than the set up, which is not what I want to do - can not even access their help. Also, I am not able to uninstall the stupid thing. Terrible experience.

The onboarding was super speedy and seamless. The team was incredibly responsive and had everything set up in under 48 hours.
