Very happy with LoyaltyLion and their service, specially with their CS team. Sathiya has helped us several times to solve some minor technical issues in a very gentle way, always being patient with our requests. They have even implemented a new custom Reward where we can upload our own voucher pool for more flexibility in special limited promotions. Overall, very happy with them!

Our experience with Duraan and the LoyaltyLion team has been excellent. We have had a great experience with LoyaltyLion, and a large part of that is thanks to the dedicated support we have received. Our onboarding manager, Reya, was an absolute dream to work with. From the initial setup, she was supportive, clear, and tailored the whole process to our brand's specific needs. She was patient with all our questions and even handled complex tasks like updating code and managing large data imports, making the launch feel completely seamless. Once we were up and running, our account manager, Adam, has continued to provide fantastic support. He has been instrumental in helping us understand the platform's performance and offering key recommendations to optimise our loyalty program. His responsiveness and expertise give us great confidence that we are getting the most value out of the app. The ongoing support from Adam and the whole team has been top-notch. We highly recommend LoyaltyLion for its robust features, but the personalized support from people like Reya and Adam truly sets them apart.

We’ve had a really positive experience with LoyaltyLion. The platform works brilliantly and is really user-friendly when it comes to setting up and running promotions. We saw huge success with a recent double points campaign and have continued to see growth in sign-ups to our rewards programme. We’d also like to give a special mention to Reya, who has been fantastic to work with. She’s always super quick to respond, happy to answer any questions and really helpful when we’re looking at new ideas or ways to improve our loyalty programme. It’s always easy to jump on a call with her and talk things through, which we really appreciate. We’ve been really happy with LoyaltyLion overall and would definitely recommend the platform. Really strong support experience with Sathiya. Our business hit a rough patch this year and our plan cost became difficult to carry. Sathiya took the time to understand the situation properly, took it to his director, and came back with something that genuinely eased the pressure. He also confirmed all the details in writing without me needing to ask twice, which I appreciated. Good, responsive, human account management. If you end up working with him you're in good hands.

The LL team have been excellent in our transition from Square to Shopify. We had an existing loyalty system that has been made even better with LL, and we have tons of new data to parse through and customer are loving the new points tiers, rewards etc. Big shout out to Nahum and the engineering team for guiding and helping us along the way.
