Terrible service. Trying to tie you into an ambiguous 12 month term at a time, unlike other providers who clearly offer rolling terms. No form of customer service after that. Lots of apps that can offer the same service for a fraction of the price. Why try and force customers to continue to use your platform when they don't want to

Libby was super helpful with the whole process. We got the whole process completed in under 2 weeks which was super helpful to make the most of the app and loyalty scheme for our customers.

After assessing many Loyalty vendors, we signed with Loyalty Lion. Their out-of-the-box Loyalty features and native integrations made them stand out above the rest. This was coupled with their advanced reporting capabilities and dashboard native to their portal. The sales and the customer success/onboarding teams are great. They are very accommodating and helpful. Their Loyalty portal was very intuitive, user-friendly and easy to learn. Overall great partners!

Highly recommended. We just started using LoyaltyLion and the onboarding process has been smooth-sailing and everything was seamless. Sammy was especially helpful and informative with all the questions we had! Excellent service and hopeful for excellent results.

Great review platform and excellent support to go with it! We've seen great results and insightful tips calling out areas where we could improve which is above and beyond as far as I'm concerned seeing that LL doesn't make extra revenue on them. Highly recommend.

We love working with LoyaltyLion! Our CSM, Hannah Cook, is so helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Her kindness and thoroughness makes setting up and updating the program a breeze. The app is user friendly and looks decent out of the box without additional dev work. Integrates with all the necessary ecom partners for a robust loyalty program.

I had the pleasure of working with Sammy during my onboarding process with LoyaltyLion, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Sammy was incredibly helpful in guiding me through each step, ensuring I understood the process thoroughly. We love LoyaltyLion, it's bloody brill and onboarding has been a dream thanks to the lovely Freya! She advised us of best practises with the points setup, the reasoning for doing so and helped adjust & accommodate for our specific business needs. Overall 10/10 big points happy time!

We have been using Loyalty Lion for 3 years now. We recently revamped our whole programme and launched it concurrently with a new website. We use Loyalty Lion for our Online customers and it has been great over the past 3 years! The customer support is always informative and helpful. Great application to have for our website, and our customers love getting discounts for their loyalty.

Amazing experience! Loyalty Lion met our expectations. At the beginning, we were skeptical, especially because there are so many similar competitors on the market. But they are the leaders in their industry for a reason, and when they said that they like to "exceed our promises," they were speaking the truth. Together with Jason, our representative from Loyalty Lion, we managed to launch our program smoothly within a few weeks and have a fully functional program for our customers. Also, whenever we had issues or questions, the response rate was so fast, and they always found a solution for us. Having this from the mouth of a user who has worked with dozens of apps on Shopify, I need to say that nowadays it's hard to find this type of quality. So I strongly recommend it.
