Loyalty Lion has been a pleasure to work with, particularly Reya was (and is!) a great help and was extremely thorough in helping us onboard to the platform. They helped us set up from A to Z and so far the program is running very smoothly. If you're looking for a proper rewards program platform, definitely consider Loyalty Lion for your next project.

We've just completed the onboarding with LoyaltyLion and the whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. The team were responsive, proactive, and genuinely helpful. Love the app because its very customizable and integrates well with my store (Not just a widget). Reya was great during the onboarding process, very friendly and went above and beyond to help me make sure everything was working correctly. Highly recommend!

Sammy and Ral from the LoyaltyLion support team were incredibly helpful, efficient, and personable. As a small company with limited bandwidth, we were worried about managing the workload of setting up and running a rewards program—but their guidance made the process smooth and stress-free. The app works well; however, the price increases have become ridiculous in the past few years, 20% price increase year over year for the "custom plans", it wasn't used to be like that, it got especially worse in the past 3 years. So, if you install the app with a custom plan expect serious costs increases year after year.

Using Loyalty Lion has helped us increase LTV considerably (redeeming members spend 5x more than non-members) and it offers real-time insights on how our customers are interacting with our loyalty program. It's integration with Klaviyo also makes communicating with members so streamlined.

LoyaltyLion has been a fantastic solution for our needs. The platform offered everything we were looking for in a loyalty and rewards system - flexible, feature-rich, and easy to customize to fit our brand. The launch process was incredibly smooth and quick, thanks to their amazing support team who guided us every step of the way and did most of the heavy lifting. Any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly, making the entire setup effortless. The analytics are also very advanced, offering more costumer insight than we've previously had.

LL has been very well received by our customers, and most find it to be intuitive. It has definitely increased sales and retentio,n so mission accomplished. We consider this program to be a core part of our offering. Our support team loves how intuitive it is and how easy and fast it is to see where a customer is at with their rewards. Customizing and adding new rewards is very easy. Analytics are powerful and it is clear that this platform delivers a very positive ROI. I would love to see a more customizable dashboard for customers. I think there should be a landing page for sign-ups, hosted by the platform. It would be awesome if this app could be extended to reward affiliates. I would like to see more functionality like "double points days" so we could easily create campaigns that our subscribers would enjoy. This platform delivers.

I love LoyaltyLion, they are absolutely brill! it's the best loyalty platform in the business, their onboarding is a dream - Sam & Freya are both utterly majestic and make me feel like the only customer in the world. Alexandra also provides stellar, prompt help along with the team of engineers she occasionally consults for me - what a bunch of solid gold legends. I fear that it cannot be a coincidence that LoyaltyLion inspires as much loyalty in me as a customer as it does in my own customers. God bless and godspeed.

Freya was an incredible asset in setting up our Rewards program! As a project manager, I often find fault in the disorganization of the onboarding process for new applications, but Freya was patient, knowledgeable, organized and in constant communication as we worked out various kinks. I would highly recommend Loyalty Lion as a Loyalty/Rewards program provider; the process was quick, easy and well-executed! Kudos to the entire team!

I've just finished getting our loyalty program setup with help from the wonderful Reya at LL. We had a really tight turnaround (a couple of weeks) and managed to push it over the line just in time. Can't comment on the results yet but the page and software look great and have been easy to use (particularly with Reya's attentive help).
