Working with Reya was honestly such a great experience. She made every onboarding session feel easy, supportive, and clear—even when I had a lot of questions. I really appreciated how Reya tailored her advice to our client’s brand and took the time to understand what we were trying to build. This apps works great until I noticed that their SDK causing performance throttling. They have added their Font inside the SDK, and this is impacting performance issue. There is an option to that you can disable custom fonts in SDK but it is actually not working. I have address this to support and they told me that this feature is not available for Free users. Basically they are slowing your website if you are not Paid customer. They are misleading their Free tier and false advertise about their Tier features. dissapointed.

To clarify, we do not degrade performance for Free plan users in any way. The LoyaltyLion widget is designed to be lightweight and easy to install for free plan businesses starting out, and this is the first report we have received regarding a performance issue related to font loading. We’re exploring options to hide the "disable font" setting that aren’t applicable to the Free plan. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to improving the experience for all merchants. Have been using the app for years and was satisfied, however the price increases are outrageous and there's 0 chance that i would pay them $200 a month when we have been on a free plan for ages. The Predatory price increase is insane, time to find a new loyalty program that will be loyal to its users.

We have had a wonderful experience getting up and running with LoyaltyLion. Jason L. was a dream to work with — incredibly patient with all of our questions, customizations, and *very* short implementation window. We were able to make our rewards program exactly what we wanted and are looking forward to future growth of the program, both for our customers, and alongside LoyaltyLion as a partner.

It was really straightforward setting everything up, the only delays were on our end. Any issues were sorted quickly, communication was great. Thank you to our Onboarding Manager Sammy and the team for their continued patience, we're already seeing some positive results.

Great help with setting everything up, you get a dedicated onboarding manager that helps from the start to the moment you go live. Afterwards, the account manager and customer service are quick and helpful as well. Everything is set-up to a basic level and you have the freedom to edit this to your own personal wishes with your own team. It does take a little while to start returning your investment, but if you have the ability to stomach the first couple of months, the results in terms of order frequency, AOV and CLV are incredible!

We have worked with Reya El Thaalabi in getting onboarded and set up with Loyalty Lion, and she has been fantastic! I love that we were able to customize all of our pages to fit our branding, and the automatic emails have been fantastic! My only wish is that we could send birthday email reward notifications directly through Loyalty Lion, as with the other rewards, verses through our own mailing system.

Sammy and Ral from the LoyaltyLion support team were incredibly helpful, efficient, and personable.
