This apps works great until I noticed that their SDK causing performance throttling. They have added their Font inside the SDK, and this is impacting performance issue. There is an option to that you can disable custom fonts in SDK but it is actually not working. I have address this to support and they told me that this feature is not available for Free users. Basically they are slowing your website if you are not Paid customer. They are misleading their Free tier and false advertise about their Tier features. dissapointed.

To clarify, we do not degrade performance for Free plan users in any way. The LoyaltyLion widget is designed to be lightweight and easy to install for free plan businesses starting out, and this is the first report we have received regarding a performance issue related to font loading. We’re exploring options to hide the "disable font" setting that aren’t applicable to the Free plan. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to improving the experience for all merchants.
