We can’t say enough amazing things about Reya! From the very start, she brought such incredible energy to our onboarding process, making what could have been a complex setup across our three sites feel seamless. Despite the time difference between the UK and LA, she was always available, responsive, and willing to help whenever we needed her. No matter the hour, Reya showed up with a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to making sure everything ran smoothly. Her constant communication, patience, and expertise made all the difference. She truly went above and beyond for us, and we’re so grateful for her dedication. Das Tool hilft bei der Verwaltung von Treueprogrammen und ist sehr intuitiv zu bedienen. Neue Stufen und Belohnungen können einfach eingerichtet und bearbeitet werden. Darüber hinaus ist es eine große Hilfe, dass man die Churn- und Winback-Segmente nicht selbst selektieren muss, da LoyaltyLion hier bereits viel Arbeit für einen erledigt. Auch unser Kundensupport, Hannah Yaffe, ist sehr professionell und hilfsbereit bei allen Problemen.

We've been using LoyaltyLion for a while now and recently went through another round of onboarding support — their customer service continues to be top-notch! The team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient in walking us through setup and strategy. It's clear they genuinely care about helping brands succeed. If you're looking to build a strong loyalty program on Shopify, LoyaltyLion is a solid choice with fantastic support to back it up. Highly recommend!

Have been using Loyalty Lion for about 2 years and have been very happy with the program. Hannah has been great with answering any queries we have and how we can best use the program to get the best results for our brand. The online chat as well is great and does get back to me quite quickly. Easy to use and also so helpful during our migration, both Hannah and the team.

Recently signed up to the paid version after using the free basic packaging for over 12 months. Reya helped set everything up & responds instantly to any questions I have. Managed to go live within 24 hours. Great Service. Would definitely recommend.

From initial conversations to onboarding and post-launch support with Lewis and Reya, their team went above and beyond to ensure we maximised the program’s value. Migration from our previous provider was smooth, integrations with tools like Yotpo, Recharge, and Klaviyo were hassle-free, and we received valuable insights and guidance on structuring points and rewards. The ability to offer loyalty tiers based on lifetime value, including subscriber status, has significantly enhanced our customer engagement. While some design limitations exist, and certain features require refinements, LoyaltyLion’s continuous improvements and commitment to client feedback make it an outstanding choice for a truly custom and high-performing loyalty program.

We are very happy with the program and our onboarding contact Sammy was so great. He always answered quickly and clear! The tool is very easy to handle. It is fantastic to work with a tool where you can do adjustments on your own. Love it! We are excited to see the results!

Great so far from setup to implementation. Detailed process to get aligned and onboarded. Lots of info and things to have in place to make LL work with your store but their team takes care of everything aside from any internal decisions you have to make for your specific use-case. Freya was stellar in all ways and helpful at every stage.

Really pleased with the support and implementation process of this app. Libby was always so quick to respond, and if there was ever an issue/changes I needed making to our Loyalty programme landing page, she was on top of it - SO efficient. This is what customer service should always look like. Thanks Libby! In regard to the app itself, we've found it a really fun way to engage with our most loyal customers on a different level - allowing us to give back to them in a non-monetary way. We've also factored 'double points' days into sales events which we hope will result in a higher conversion for our Loyalty club members. Overall, happy so far!
