Loyalty Lion is very user friendly and has helped increase our retention. My only complaint would we that we cannot schedule campaigns.

Great customer service! Our rep Libby and the rest of the loyalty lion team offers frequent communication and a really in depth onboarding process. They have always been great in answering questions and communicating with our web dev team while prepping for launch!

We have been using Loyalty Lion for 3 years now. We recently revamped our whole programme and launched it concurrently with a new website. Our Customer Success Manager, Hannah Cook was a huge help through this process, looking over our plans and timelines, providing advice and helping us make sure the relaunch went smoothly - which it did!

We have just launched our rewads program with Loyalty Lion. When we were at the stage of chosing an app, we decided to go with Loyalty Lion because they were the only ones who spoke clearly of how this can help us achieve our targets. Freya helped us during the onboarding period and it was great to have her guide us throuhg everything. So far the app is working wel and we had our first customers already redeeming points.

We are very happy with Loyalty Lion, as it provides a wide range of easily integrated features to engage and foster customer loyalty. The programme is generally very user-friendly, especially when it comes to customer management or setting up rules and rewards. Some areas for improvement include internal user management (currently, users can only be deactivated, not deleted), the set up of new users (we've encountered some issues with password creation here) and the usability of some integrations, like Reviews.io. Despite these minor drawbacks, the support from our Customer success Manager (Vicky) is consistently excellent, and we always look forward to our quarterly business reviews with her.

Sent a help question on Tuesday 7th - Duraan replied on Wednesday giving me the help I needed. The direction he gave me was very easy to follow and led me directly to what I needed .... Thank you. Only thing was there was no help readily available to answer my question for our senior management.

Hannah has been amazing as our CSM. She listens to our needs and makes sure to give recommendations. LL tech support is fast to respond to issues and the platform is very easy to use.

Our loyalty app for the past 2-3 years, I believe. They are pretty decent. Got probably the most integrations with other tools. There could be more upgrades to their dashboard as it looks the same since day one. Definitely not the cheapest solution. Namita is very helpful suggesting improvements to the program, the points/rewards structure. Definitely appreciate that.

Overall Loyalty Lion is a good system, the auto generated loyalty page helps you get up and running quickly and they integrate with all the major e-commerce platforms and apps. The backend is also easy to set up and navigate. We have had a few issues here and there but they have been addressed by the team.

Since the implementation of the program, we’ve received ongoing support, recommendations, and new product offerings, particularly driven by our rep Hannah, which has been invaluable in optimizing our program and driving its growth.

Whilst we didn't have the best onboarding experience with Loyalty Lion, our customer relations manager Hannah has been amazing with helping us optimise our loyalty programme, responding promptly to any queries or concerns we have and finding a solution and scheduling regular calls to run through our progress with LL. We recently updated our site so our Loyalty page stopped working. I went back and forth multiple times with a rep with no resolution. I reached out again and Sathiya was able to solve my problem in one simple email! I would give Sathiya 5 stars! My frustration from going back and forth with little to no help beforehand determined my rating of 4 stars overall.

Libby has been really great to work with and very responsive beyond the initial onboarding period. Understanding the platform and its full potential takes some time, but Libby has been patient and communicative which is appreciated! Updated Review: We had a few hiccups at the beginning but these guys were able to turn it around. We are on our way to better performance for our Loyalty Program but we are not at 5 stars yet. Will update in a few weeks after the new improvements have been implemented. In Our Opinion, switching to Loyalty Lion has been a disaster. So far so bad. We've had Loyalty Lion for about nine months it really hasn't delivered for us. We did get help from the team to set it up, but after that, it's been completely lackluster. We see very few people joining the program and very few redemptions as well. Referrals have been so low that they are almost non-existent and in loyalty purchases, we are seeing a huge drop which is so big that we even feel shame to admit it. We were using Smile.IO before that had its limitations in our opinion, but it was definitely performing better for us for half the price. We can't honestly recommend them.

Overall it is a nice platform. The only rewards program that gives you a DTC & B2B option in 1 program. The onboarding process was a little tricky as our onboarding manager was several time zones away from us.

Great app to use for those companies wanting to increase customer return rate! Email integration with Klaviyo is a bit tricky and more documentation around this would be great..

I use this app to generate repeat orders and to give my customers something back. Staff have always been helpful and supportive and go the extra mile when I have ever needed help. It's nice to find a company that gives help so freely even when you are not on the most highly paid plans. I dont find the app as easy to use as it could be but it does work. I would improve areas of HTML so that non tech people could create emails and templates that work. i would enable emails to customers within LL that were freely created too. But all in all this is a good app and I have now been using it for three years.
