We’ve had a really positive experience with LoyaltyLion. The platform works brilliantly and is really user-friendly when it comes to setting up and running promotions. We saw huge success with a recent double points campaign and have continued to see growth in sign-ups to our rewards programme. We’d also like to give a special mention to Reya, who has been fantastic to work with. She’s always super quick to respond, happy to answer any questions and really helpful when we’re looking at new ideas or ways to improve our loyalty programme. It’s always easy to jump on a call with her and talk things through, which we really appreciate. We’ve been really happy with LoyaltyLion overall and would definitely recommend the platform. We also couldn’t speak highly enough of Reya and the support she’s given us.
