I decided to download this app as I have been having problems with my traffic not staying long enough on my site. It is a really good tool to look into this, with many features that can be used as you develop insight. Most importantly, the customer service is AMAZING! I have never experienced customer service like this before on another app. I booked an onboarding call, and Jordan took the time to carefully walk me through the app, and also listened to my queries with patience.
