The heatmaps are great and it's nice to be able to get clear analytics about how people are interacting with the site. I wish there was a clearer integration with GA4 and that there was an obvious scroll depth analytics feature but we've only been using Lucky Orange for a day so far so maybe it's hidden away? I also got confused about the chat function as I thought at first it was Support Chat, not a brand chat function for the website. The unlimited seats are nice so I can help onboard the rest of the team as well.

I had a great experience today with Justin. It was supposed to be for 15 minutes; however, he was gracio9us enough to go beyond to ensure that I understood how to properly use the platform. I've only been on Lucky Orange for two days but think I am going to like using the platform and give me some really good insight as far as data and gaps.
Justin fro Lucky Orange Support gave us excellent and timely support and solved multiple issues we were having.
Justin is an excellent and patient communicator!

This is a useful ap but can sometimes be a lot of information to try and decipher - especially if your website has a lot of products

After using a free heatmap/session tool for a while, and then trying Lucky Orange, the difference was immediate. The interface is genuinely intuitive — I wasn't digging through menus or watching tutorial videos just to find basic session recordings. Everything I need (heatmaps, session replays, conversion funnels) is right there in a dashboard that actually makes sense at a glance. Coming from a free tool, I didn't realize how much time I was losing to a clunky UI until I didn't have to deal with it anymore. Lucky Orange's dashboards surface the insights that matter without me having to piece them together myself. For anyone running an ecommerce storefront and trying to actually understand user behavior (not just collect data and hope you have time to dig into it), this has been a genuinely useful upgrade.

They excel at data tracking down to the smallest nuance and more importantly they have figured out how to implement AI in an effective and genuinely useful manner, saving our team from digging through volumes of raw data. 10 out of 10 recommend.

This app is really useful, especially when you're first starting out as you can see exactly what your customers are looking at and for how long. You can even see where their mouse is moving (which is often following their eye movements). I've often watched a playback of a customer journey and seen something that could be improved on the website - or even where something wasn't showing correctly. You can also see when a potential customer is coming back to view something for a second, third or fourth time. There are more features but this is what I've found most useful to date.

Very useful app I have installed and used across three of my websites in the last few years. Lucky Orange lets me watch in real time what customers are doing and what they're clicking on. Many times I can work out which wholesale customer it is and if they're having trouble working out how to place an order I just jump on the phone and call them at the time. Has won and saved many an order.
