Lucky Orange has been such a useful app for my Shopify store. I didn’t realise how much I was missing until I could actually see how visitors were moving around the site. The heatmaps and recordings helped me understand where people were getting stuck and what parts of my product pages needed improving. It has helped with launching my store and making sure that everything has been in working order for my customers. If you want to understand how customers behave on your store and make smarter decisions, I definitely recommend giving Lucky Orange a try.

Really like this app to see where customer seems to have hesitation. The missing star is because alot of video capture are lagging and it can be difficult sometimes to see where exactly whats makes customers leave.

Really good experience. Definitely one of the best data-tracking tools to understand how the Meta Ads pixel is learning and optimizing. Clear metrics, fast insights, and super easy to use. If you want to truly see how your pixel behaves behind the scenes, this app is a must

This app is fantastic. The heat map and playback features are really game changing and allow you to pivot immediately after identifying potential trouble zones with your products.

Great value is provided with having the ability to see the recordings of each visitor to my web pages which provides insight into what's working and not working and guide design changes for optimization. The same is true of the heat maps and being able to see what percentage of visitors make it from the top to the bottom of the pages. Without Lucky Orange I would have no idea of what is really going on.

Hello Lucky Orange Team, I've really enjoyed using Lucky Orange and would love to continue exploring its full potential. Some of my favorite features so far include: Session Recordings & Heatmaps - These have helped me understand exactly how visitors interact with my store, what catches their attention, and where they drop off. Live Chat & Visitor Profiles - I've been able to engage with customers in real time and identify high-intent visitors instantly. Conversion Funnels & Form Analytics - These tools gave me clear insights into checkout friction and allowed me to test improvements that boost conversions. Dashboard & Real-Time Analytics - The live visitor overview makes it easy to monitor traffic sources and activity across all pages. Lucky Orange has been invaluable for optimizing my customer journey, and I'd really appreciate a 2-week extension to continue collecting behavioral data and refining the results further before upgrading to a paid plan. We use Lucky Orange mainly for the heatmaps and session replays to spot UX issues and better understand how visitors interact with our store. It’s really helpful for optimizing product pages. Highly recommended for any Shopify store that wants clear insights into visitor behavior.
