It's an excellent app; it even allows you to track what customers actually do on the checkout pages. Definitely recommend this app to Shopify e-commerce marketing people.
Took a while for me to come around to actually looking deeper at Lucky Orange results, turns out to be a wonder. Has helped me improve what the customer sees and conversions. Very happy with this product, it's worth the small price.

The customer service from Lucky Orange is truly out of this world. They worked tirelessly to fix an issue on my account and all for a free plan. Justin and his team worked for days on a glitch in my account. They were able to find a solution that allowed me to easily navigate my account and allow Lucky Orange to display data in the dashboard. They were patient, as I wasn't always able to reply right away, and provided a temporary solution while they worked on fixing my account. I have dealt with customer service on numerous occasions and every interaction has been quite nice. They are patient and insightful, both offering solutions and explaining these solutions.

The team was really supportive and cooperative when we were integrating the app to the website as due to the update we had some issues. Jordan was super helpful and professional. He was very supportive and gave the perfect solution. I was really thankful. The first month was really good.

I initially had some issues connecting my site, but received personal 1:1 support to get my site connected. I'm glad I did, because the tooling provided is extremely helpful for gathering insights on what my customers are seeing, doing, and reacting to. I particularly like the checkout events insights which not all heatmap apps can offer. This is a polished experience with really helpful human support able to connect when you have trouble. Highly recommend.

This app is fantastic! It gives me a daily pulse on how our store is doing. It also gives me insights into where customers get confused, what barriers might be preventing a sale due to our website UX, and what areas of our website are working well. This app is well worth the money.
