Wander Wears review for Lucky Orange Heatmaps & Replay

Lucky Orange is quickly entering our daily routine for store checks. We installed it because something seemed off, and it turned out there were some tracking issues with Shopify. We checked the recordings and Lucky Orange gave us the peace of mind we needed after days of trying to identify possible problems. As we playing the video sessions, we started to analyze how visitors interact with our site, we've already identified key areas for improvement. Although we don't have a lot of data yet, the heatmaps have shown interesting patterns—like the fact that customers are actually using filters, which was a surprise to us. The dashboard also stands out by offering a clear and simple way to see a lot of useful information at a glance. Overall, Lucky Orange is becoming an essential tool for understanding what's happening on our site...whenever you feel something is not right, you go and check the videos!
