The app seems not be being working correctly. It is cutting off in mid recording and skipping through recordings. In addition, I had a 15 minute onboarding appt. today at noon and no one showed up.
This isn’t the experience we want any of our users to have. Unfortunately, our onboarding expert encountered a technical issue that prevented them from joining your call, and they have been trying to reschedule with you over the past few days. We apologize for the inconvenience and understand your frustration. Regarding your recording issues, our team is eager to investigate and find a resolution if necessary. Since this hasn't been reported by other merchants, please respond to my last email with more details so we can start looking into your issue and assist you promptly.
