This app has completely transformed the way I understand my customers' behavior. The Session Recordings and Heatmaps are game-changers—seeing exactly where visitors click and what grabs their attention has helped me identify problem areas I’d never have noticed otherwise. The pre-built Conversion Funnels are incredibly insightful, showing me exactly where potential customers drop off in the purchase journey.
