The app itself worked fine, but I was really disappointed with the cancellation process. After downgrading to the free plan on their website, I was still charged for another month — something I wasn’t expecting. It turns out I also needed to manually delete the app from our shop to fully stop the charges, which wasn’t clearly communicated. It was a frustrating experience, and I wish the process had been more straightforward.
