Our records indicate that visitor data, session recordings, and heatmaps are all active and functioning within this account. We can also see that you've created a new account every time you've hit the limit of tracked sessions.. This not only causes technical issues with Shopify and is likely the source of your login issues, but it is also against our Lucky Orange terms of service.
