The Bijou Stove Company review for Lucky Orange Heatmaps & Replay

This app is really useful, especially when you're first starting out as you can see exactly what your customers are looking at and for how long. You can even see where their mouse is moving (which is often following their eye movements). I've often watched a playback of a customer journey and seen something that could be improved on the website - or even where something wasn't showing correctly. You can also see when a potential customer is coming back to view something for a second, third or fourth time. There are more features but this is what I've found most useful to date.
