Easy install, very fast support response and plenty of analytics to help understand traffic and behavior. It's only been about 1 week so there is still a lot to examine and learn but so far Lucky Orange appears like a great choice.

Other than the heatmaps, which was what I was looking for, I found the recorded session of the customer's journey throughout the site very insightful. Also, there are features such as pop-up announcements and surveys which are very neat additions and you won't have to juggle around multiple apps. The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. I love their camouflage nick name of the visitors. Definitely recommend this app to those who are looking for functions like heatmap plus many more.

Does what it promises very well. I will for sure re-enable it as soon as my eshop scales up. Using the recordings I have learned a lot about how hard earned visitors interacted with my shop. Looking forward to keep using Lucky Orange in the near future.

It's amazing to have a tool to improve your store design. Lucky Orange is the best i tried so far. Very detailed reviews and you can select the most important ones (checkout, added to cart). Also the heatmap is a must. I recommend it for any shopify store.

Being able to see live session recordings has been a game changer for us and trying to understand rage clicks and mitigate any issues across browsers and forms (mobile, desktop, tablet) has really helped us optimize our site.

So far my experience with lucky Orange has been great! The app has enabled me to make better decisions for content and all round navigation on my e-com website thanks to precise customer path/ clic data. The onboarding process was very easy and made much better by an personnalised call with an account manager. Would very much recommend.

Excellent app to see exactly where customers are scrolling, clicking, adding to cart, or exiting. The free plan is perfect when you're just starting out. I love to use this when I've made changes to my site to see how things are working (or not working) for my customers. The customer service is outstanding. Quick, friendly, and helpful! Just got started with Lucky Orange but I am LOVING it. It's so fun and helpful to watch people shop. Their platform is really user friendly and their customer service is so lovely. I also love that it doesn't effect site speed as much as Microsoft Clarity which is great too! 10/10 recommend!
