Perfect app! You can see live behaviour of your potential customers on your webshop. They provide a lot of data for conversion optimalisation!

Just onboarding at the moment and would recommend the on-boarding call. Emilia took notice of what I had out in the call notes and answered my questions on Clarity vs LO with great clarity. Much better than just being bombarded with a standard 'death by PowerPoint'

Easy install, very fast support response and plenty of analytics to help understand traffic and behavior. It's only been about 1 week so there is still a lot to examine and learn but so far Lucky Orange appears like a great choice.

Other than the heatmaps, which was what I was looking for, I found the recorded session of the customer's journey throughout the site very insightful. Also, there are features such as pop-up announcements and surveys which are very neat additions and you won't have to juggle around multiple apps. The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. I love their camouflage nick name of the visitors. Definitely recommend this app to those who are looking for functions like heatmap plus many more.

It's amazing to have a tool to improve your store design. Lucky Orange is the best i tried so far. Very detailed reviews and you can select the most important ones (checkout, added to cart). Also the heatmap is a must. I recommend it for any shopify store.

Being able to see live session recordings has been a game changer for us and trying to understand rage clicks and mitigate any issues across browsers and forms (mobile, desktop, tablet) has really helped us optimize our site.
