In just 15 minutes I learned more than I ever could from hours of YouTube tutorials. Jordan was energetic, practical, and clearly knows the app inside out. He answered every question quickly and accurately—and often anticipated what I needed before I even asked. It’s the first time (and maybe the last) I’ve spoken with a representative who truly understood the product and actually listened.

My Lucky Orange onboarding was excellent. In one session, I learned how to use filters, events, and funnels to see exactly where customers drop off and take action right away. The walkthrough was clear, tailored to our Shopify store, and we even set up custom events on the spot. The interface is intuitive, the insights are powerful, and I’m confident this will help boost conversions. Highly recommend.
