It has been able to show us how our customers interact with our site and that 80% of our web traffic comes from mobile.
Thank for sharing the Lucky Orange love! It's eye-opening when you can see so much about your visitors - where they're from, what device they used and how the engaged with your store. You can take that information and combine it with events like Add to Cart or Checkout Started to evaluate your mobile experience too. We get a lot of people to our website, that is many sessions. However, our orders are a fraction of sessions. We were referred to Lucky Orange to help us drill down were the weakness is with our website shopping experience. We did the free trail and in 1 day maxed out sessions. I had a call scheduled with Justin the next day. I was so glad because I was having a hard time interpreting all the data. He made it simple. Once you know how to navigate all the data, it turns in to valuable insights. Thank you, Justin, and Lucky Orange.

Lucky Orange has given us the ability to understand our customers' journey as they navigate through our e-commerce site. We have included a survey so we can see how our customers heard about us. We are happy to better understand our website and make it more user friendly so we can give the best possible experience to our customers. Big fan of Lucky Orange. As a non-tech person, I appreciate how simple it is to understand post click behavior.

Lots of data to explore! After GA4 I am looking for ways to know what is best for my traffic and conversion, and this app looks good. I'll schedule a call with them to take advantage of all the features.

We mainly use it for Heatmap and customer recordings. This is very useful and provides great insights into customer behaviours.

I had a great experience with Lucky Orange and now that I have been over the things I was not understanding with Justin Tomlinson, all seems great. I really suggest it to any shop owner wanting to understand the traffic in their stores, even if you are just starting.
