I decided to download this app as I have been having problems with my traffic not staying long enough on my site. It is a really good tool to look into this, with many features that can be used as you develop insight. Most importantly, the customer service is AMAZING! I have never experienced customer service like this before on another app. I booked an onboarding call, and Jordan took the time to carefully walk me through the app, and also listened to my queries with patience. Very easy to use, and gives loads of information about how users are interacting with the website. I especially like the video recordings, they really help you work out where people are dropping off :)

Lucky Orange is great; the more you use it, the easier it is and its really simple to understand, yet powerful. It tells you so much and helps in different ways, all displayed with clarity. Ive reached out for some info via the App and i was responded to very quickly and was a real personable service. Recommend for sure..

There is so much great information to be obtained with this app. I am not very tech savvy, so it was really helpful to see my website from the customer's point of view, and make changes accordingly. Great customer service- friendly and quick response. I wish I had installed this AGES AGO!!

Without a doubt one of the most valuable tools for insights into your customer behavior. Once you start getting traffic into your site you really need this app. Especially when running ad campaigns. It's of great service to be able to see what the people who are clicking on certain ads are behaving like when interacting with your site. Yes, it's good for identifying issues as well but the most use I have gotten out of it is to determine what the habits are of certain customers, specifically ones that add to cart and don't buy. This app is an absolute must have.

I do love this app. the insights and data i can see from visitors and what they are looking at is really helpful. i get to see their country and what products get most traffic. I had some issues with the plan they offered but with some excellent support they got me back on track. a little pricey for micro business but worth it. highly recommend. its one of the best heatmaps i have found

I must say I did have some trouble getting the app to download the code correctly on my shopify store BUT after some little chats with Lucy Orange (Emilia) she managed to walk me through it and we finally got there. She was pretty amazing to be honest with you and I wish I had contacted via zoom before just messaging as it was a lot quicker and easier. So far it's great and certainly helps me see who is looking on site and also what they are looking at...early days of course but so far so good! thank you Lucy Orange x

Super friendly UI, easy to understand and use. Really helpful support with great attention to detail. My team were looking for a way to find out our customers journey through the website, to understand what may be working and what may not, this enables us to identify much easier! Easy install. In a few minutes you can see recordings already. With Shopify and GA4 events directly visible. Good app.
