Love this app. It has heatmaps, click maps and scroll maps along with user recordings and checkout funnels.

Essential and worth it. I use their video recordings to improve my checkout experience and understand what about my customer experiences are working and what's not.

I have used Lucky orange for a while and also in the past too.. It works, it's simple to use and you can see what your customers have been up too! Support is good too

Lucky Orange provides a wide breadth of data and insights to understand how customers are interacting with our website. The heat maps are great and easy to comprehend. They also have many other tools that were a welcome value add! Super easy set up and customer service has been great.

Lucky Orange support team was super helpful!!! Loved how they were quick to answer all my questions and even were willing to help me set up my account via zoom calls. They were so accommodating :) The app is great so far, easy to navigate and watch session replays - love that you can speed up the replays and skip inactivity.

Every shop needs this app. It has a little bit of everything and is super helpful. Super easy to use and best of all it's FREE! I believe there are paid options but for the most part, I only needed the free version. Seriously, it's a life changer. It helps so much to see where people left off and why. It also has announcements and surveys that people can take. BEST APP OUT THERE!

We've been using Lucky Orange for the past 5 years and have had a great experience. Their interface allows us to watch our clients journey through our site, highlights where they are going and what buttons they are clicking on. It's allowed us to re-frame our layout to give our clients the best experience possible and ultimately lead to more conversions. Bradley and his team are amazing, highly recommend!

I am very satisfied with the Lucky Orange App. It is amazing to have so much data on user interactions with my shopify site and this data can really be used to optimze a store. I love watching the video recording sessions of customer interactions as well as seeing the heatmap. It was great that Lucky Orange wanted to have a short introduction call shortly after the app was installed.
