Emilia Smith was really helpful and explained to me in detail what i needed to know. She was very helpful in showing me different features and options how to easily use Lucky Orange and how to improve the analytics. For now things are a bit clearer thanks to her.

This is the most informative apps compared to similar, and I tried a few. You get a lot for the price. There's a lot to look at and learn from. Emilia was great at answering some questions, we got on a call to explain how to find some data, and I look forward to learning how my customers shop and how I can improve the website to increase conversions.

We're currently undergoing a major overhaul on our website and were recommended to install Lucky Orange by our project manager. So far we've been happy with the app and the quick customer service response when we've had a question. In the first 2 weeks Lucky Orange has offered major insight into what was working and what wasn't on our homepage. We're looking forward to continuing to refine our website for higher conversion rates with Lucky Orange.

It's a nice app where you can see how costumers interact with your store, and they have a free plan option as well.

So far, I feel that Lucky Orange is a great beginners tool to analyze data (such as heat maps) and improve your shop over time. Lucky Orange is definitely scalable and I am excited to see where it takes my shop.

We just added Lucky Orange to our Shopify account and it seems to be very user friendly and detailed. We need a reliable way to track our page views, traffic etc. in order to improve and update our site.

Fantastic app. Sometimes it doesn't show accurate data but we get responses from their support pretty quick and resolve it. For the money this is a no-brainer. Support is a bit lacking bc they hide the support button.

I've used Lucky Orange for the past 3 shopify website I've set up! it works great, easy to get heatmaps and see where customers clicks but also videos to see the customer journey! highly recommend to add to any new or existing shopify stores!
