Lucky Orange support team was super helpful!!! Loved how they were quick to answer all my questions and even were willing to help me set up my account via zoom calls. They were so accommodating :) The app is great so far, easy to navigate and watch session replays - love that you can speed up the replays and skip inactivity.

Every shop needs this app. It has a little bit of everything and is super helpful. Super easy to use and best of all it's FREE! I believe there are paid options but for the most part, I only needed the free version. Seriously, it's a life changer. It helps so much to see where people left off and why. It also has announcements and surveys that people can take. BEST APP OUT THERE!

We've been using Lucky Orange for the past 5 years and have had a great experience. Their interface allows us to watch our clients journey through our site, highlights where they are going and what buttons they are clicking on. There is so much information within Lucky Orange that a couple of clicks through the app certainly do not do it justice. We are most excited to examine more closely the customer behavior online. The screen captured videos of every customer's experience on the website is very cool. It will enable us to target very specific areas of website communication that other wise we would not know. Great product!
