Lucky Orange Heatmaps & Replay

I am on Lucky Orange everyday! It shows me as soon as a customer is live on my website, and tracks their every movement. It makes a sound when a customer enters my site, adds to cart and purchases. Helps me track the site visits, conversion rate and where my sales are coming from (i.e. my facebook ads or instagram posts or google ppc / organic searches). Best and only app I use and great value at $10 US per month. Highly recommend.

So far, so good. Great to get a real time insight into client behavior on the site. Do arrange the free call to help guide you through the app as it's a great opportunity to find out everything the app can do for you / how it works. Justin was great at guiding me through the various functions. It is unfortunate that Shopify has limited the viewing of the checkout process only to subscribers of their highest paid subscription service as this is a very important stage of the client experience. Hopefully they will change that back to way it was previously where all Shopify merchants were able to see their client behavior throughout the complete transaction rather than holding this important and valuable piece of client information to ransom for the very few that can afford it. Shame on you Shopify. I love what you do and this is an unpleasant side of you I haven't come across before.

I use this app to track all of my web traffic on my site and it's been instrumental in improving my conversion rate. With the screen recording feature that allows me to watch how my visitors interact with my site, I'm easily able to diagnose any issues and find out where they fall out of the funnel. The pricing is extremely competitive and it's jam-packed with features. My favorite, besides the screen recording, is the click heatmap that shows you where your visitors are clicking on your site and allows you to see what parts of your site are doing the best job catching people's attention.

I use this app to get a handle on how well our website works for our browsing potential customers. I really like how it allows me to watch recordings and therefore troubleshoot problem areas. The tags are a great help in this area, too. I'm still learning the best use of this app but look forward to more and more revenue as the months go on.

The Lucky Orange app is a must for every merchant. The customer behaviour feedback is so valuable. Plus it has live chat built in which is what I was originally looking for when I found Lucky Orange. I had a few problems combining my 2 stores onto the one Lucky Orange account. The support I received from Justin at LO was superb. He went way over and above what I asked him to fix. It is so reassuring when you get service like that. Highly recommend this app.

You NEED this app if you have a website. PERIOD! Get this. I own YOLOtek.com and this app allows me to see an actual recording of my last 200 visitors, so I can see if the move quickly to purchase or what is holding them back. Can't tell you how many times I find mistakes on our website that i only see when watching recordings. This app is CRAZY COOL and super cheap! Get it now!

I use this app to help me learn how clients use my website and to see if there are navigation problems. In less than a month I was able to identify and correct problems I saw people having moving around on my new website. Highly recommend. Makes having a website so much more fun, too! Not sure what's better, the app itself, or the customer service! They are both what you would hope to expect from a Shopify Plus platform and this is rare. This app has been a tremendous help to us and we couldn't imagine being without it. This app allows us to evaluate the customer experience and flow while navigating our site, troubleshoot glitches, problems with checkout, etc., all recorded for playback, review and the ability to send the recorded errors/glitches to Shopify Support. Incredible App! I was able to see the Shopify Calculating Shipping Options, was hanging/timing out. I was able to grab a recording to show this as proof to Shopify, to troubleshoot. This was causing customers to abandon checkout. I would have never known, if I didn't have this incredible app!

So far, so good! I installed this map for the Heatmap functionality and it's already proving useful for figuring out ways to tweak my pages. The backend is easy to use and I really appreciated the 15 minute orientation call. I didn't know that it also had chat and polling functionality, which are two useful features that I had planned on adding later.

10/16/2018 > Great idea for an app, currently testing the app, the interface looks simple, the results matching Google Analytics which is great but with better and user friendly interface, outstanding customer and technical support from Bradley. 11/21/2018 > This App is beyond great, the live views, chat, recordings, polls, co-browsing, and Heatmaps, I used it all, I am able to customize customer behavior and adding tags and alerts based on the customer experience, I was able to know what cause the customer to bounce after reaching a certain page like 404 page not found, I was also able to teach the customers how to use how to use the website correctly ( Like hover on images to zoom ) with an interactive questions using the polls, planning to use exit intent poll next to show a customer that added an item to the cart and plans to leave the website a coupon code.

Insight from heatmap is really comprehensive and useful. We are able to make some decisions based on customer behavior we saw from the recording. It is a must have app if you want to improve UX and UI.
