Absolutely amazing app. Been using it for a couple of weeks now and I have to say it's worth every penny I spent into it. Let's you know how to optimize your site, product page - helps with conversions which is the absolute most important thing about a site. Huge props!

Excellent app and pro-active customer service! I found exactly what I was looking for and thank you Justin to help me! The app adds to interact with customers in crucial moments of their experience. Also allow to trigger action and study behavior. We had an initial test with the app months ago, but we are ready now to use it full!

Really great app to see what customers are doing on our website. We have been using Luck Orange for a few years now and we were able to solve various bottlenecks by looking to see where our customer would get stuck or leave before making a purchase. What's cool is you don't have to watch the users at live speed. You can fast forward to the critical parts you are looking for. This app is a must have to increase conversions and enhance the customer experience by solving problems you don't know exist.

I installed Lucky Orange after reading a great review about it. The app and the support team are incredible. It really helped me to have this installed when I launched, as I was able to see how people were navigating my site, where they were leaving, hotspots, possible confusion points, areas of interest and other great details such as what size they selected, but maybe then didn't put into their cart (where abandoned cart data would pick this up). It was really insightful and provided me with a ton of great knowledge on how to improve my website. Thanks for making such a fantastic app!

I cant live without this app, it helps you to understand your customers. if they are having problems on your website then you can see that and fix it asap. you can also see how they act and do things to help sales with this info. i cant imagine ill ever get rid of this app, its too useful

So far so good. I was able to use the live view the other day to help a customer who was having an issue checking out. Overall it has been great to use. Excited to look at the data.

All I can say is WOW! Lucky Orange has the analytics I need for my Shopify store and exactly the insights that are needed to thrive and grow your traffic. Love this app. I had an issue with incorrect pricing being displayed to some customers. Before the trial period of 7 days ended the app helped me identify the operating system and browser that was causing the problem. My website developer then fixed it in less than an hour. Recordings provided by this app is also helping me identify other problems on my site. This app also eliminated the need for a second app for "Chat". On boarding support was also excellent. Thank you Justin and all the developers at Lucky Orange! Great Value.

Revealed very interesting information. I could see where my visitors tended click, and where they exited my site. Helped me identify good and bad points of my website, so I could improve my conversion rate. Currently on trial but interested in using LuckyOrange further to see how well it does with a lot of traffic!
