Great app.....But even better service from the team. Had a couple of hiccups early on, but probably down to user error. Is quite an amazing tool, and what an insight into customer behavior. We become a virtual fly on the wall watching as our site is viewed which is quite amazing, and the information you gather is invaluable in being able to tweak obvious mistakes, and don't forget the live chat. Incredible.

I have 3 sites connected to Lucky Orange and I love the chat and live recordings, makes life so easy and improves customer service. Support from Lucky Orange is always fast and friendly- highly recommend!

This service is awesome! I have no complaints. We've made countless edits to our site since using this app. NOTE: if you're having trouble viewing the heat map, make sure you're not using an ad blocker. The heatmap won't show up if you do.

Love this App, I use it on all my funnels and now my Shopify, Danny from support was available to help me set every thing in no time, If you run paid traffic u MUST see whats going on with your customers and this app will help you improve conversions, highly recommended

Such an insightful app - shows you in the stats you need in bite size chunks which is much more easy to read and interpret than the enormity of Google Analytics. It's great seeing how users interact with your sight first hand - eliminates a lot of guessing. The only bit (that isn't actually Lucky Orange's fault) is that you need to be on the Shopify Plus plan in order to watch recordings of what happens beyond the Cart page - but this is because Shopify takes the customer out of your site and into theirs for this stage, so Lucky Orange can't track again until someone orders and they are back on your website. Customer service has been excellent as well, Josh and Bradley have gotten straight back to me with any help I needed. Highly recommend.

I have been using this app for almost a year now so I think I'm well qualified to comment on it. Of all the apps I have used, this is the one I would hate to be without. I have changed so much on my website simply because I can watch how people navigate it; it enables me to see it from the customers viewpoint. I have picked up countless flaws that I would never have even known were there. I can introduce changes and watch how they work out, cut them out if they don't. Can't talk about customer support as never needed it. Not saying it's perfect, not saying it's picked up every transaction but that is not what I was looking for. To be honest once you have got used to the initial amazement of watching customers navigate your site it can become a chore;however, you learn to pick out the ones you need to look out for and that is where the diamonds are.You can filter the behaviour patterns to see what you are looking at. Build heatmaps, you'll be surprised how the layout you thought was perfect is not how your customers use the site: then change your site. Disclaimer. As far as I can recall I've never been asked to give a review. I won't get any money off for this one :-) I'm doing it not only to help the developer but to help shop owners trying to develop their sites.
