My Lucky Orange onboarding was excellent. In one session, I learned how to use filters, events, and funnels to see exactly where customers drop off and take action right away. The walkthrough was clear, tailored to our Shopify store, and we even set up custom events on the spot. The interface is intuitive, the insights are powerful, and I’m confident this will help boost conversions. Highly recommend.

Very easy integration to Shopify, 1-click integration and simple signup process. Lucky Orange has many features and functionality for understanding the customer journey, automatically find meaning data through all the massive amounts of customer recordings.

Great app – I've been using it for a few years now. It's still a very useful tool for understanding customer activity. The only limitation is that we can't see when a customer scrolls down, as the screenshots remain fixed at the top of the page.

I have used the Lucky Orange app for a couple of years now and it has brought a ton of valuable information on our website to increase the volume of sales. The recordings and heatmaps have been my favorite to gain insightful information as to how clients have navigated around our website. You will get a lot of use out of this app!

Amazing app! I started thinking about how to further optimise my Listings, but without valid data, it's like stepping in the blind. After a quick search I discovered Lucky Orange as one of the leading applications for Heatmaps and data tracking. Installation and setup was super easy and just after a couple of days I get fascinating insights into my customers journey, which elements in the listings they see and how many of them not even reach the strongest and most convincing parts of the listing. I already did some minor improvements but looking forward to do a bigger change after validating some more data. Thanks for the awesome application!

I previewed the app on my own and found it to be helpful. When I got the overview from Justin. Then things really clicked and be way clearer as to how insightful Lucky Orange is.
