I previewed the app on my own and found it to be helpful. When I got the overview from Justin. Then things really clicked and be way clearer as to how insightful Lucky Orange is. WOW! I wish I knew about this sooner to be honest. It has proven to be so useful in the first few days I was able to diagnose the customer journey, determine shortfalls in page design, understand user experience, and tailor my site according to the detailed insights provided by Lucky Orange. I actually feel lucky I found this app. It was so easy to install and get going that I felt like it was there the whole time waiting to be unlocked.

I'm yet to have an official onboarding call where I can understand the full benefits of lucky orange. but already through my minimal understanding I have been able to understand how people are navigating through my website and at what point they are likely to leave before checking out. I'm excited to keep using lucky orange. It's like a crystal ball into what's working for customers and what's not so you can make improvements and track results.

I've been using Lucky Orange for a couple of weeks and I love it! Right away I started getting insights by watching recordings of user activity on the site and I can see the changes I'll make from that data being really beneficial to my stores conversion. Lucky Orange has been a essential addition to my suite of apps on Shopify and gives excellent insight into customer preferences, behaviors and a clear winners.
