This app has completely transformed the way I understand my customers' behavior. The Session Recordings and Heatmaps are game-changers—seeing exactly where visitors click and what grabs their attention has helped me identify problem areas I’d never have noticed otherwise. The pre-built Conversion Funnels are incredibly insightful, showing me exactly where potential customers drop off in the purchase journey. Plus, the Checkout Analytics give me detailed data on customer actions during checkout, helping me reduce cart abandonment rates. I also love the Surveys feature—no more guessing what my customers want when I can just ask them directly. The app is super easy to use, and the insights have led to noticeable increases in my conversion rates. If you’re serious about growing your online store, this app is a must-have. Highly recommended!
