10/10 SO FAR + AMAZING SUPPORT M2E has made multichannel selling much easier for us. Connecting Shopify with Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, and OTTO was straightforward, and the product and order sync works reliably. What truly impressed us, though, is the support. Even though we’re still growing and not a large enterprise client, we were treated with real care and priority. Ann, who supported us, was exceptional — fast, patient, and genuinely committed to helping. In some cases, she even recorded screen videos to walk us step by step through errors and explain the exact solution. That extra effort made a huge difference for us. It doesn’t feel like just customer support — it feels like having a partner who wants your business to succeed. We’re genuinely grateful and highly recommend M2E.

I use M2E to connect multiple marketplaces like Tiktok, Temu, and others, and I’m very satisfied. The integration runs smoothly, product data and orders are synchronized reliably, and it saves me a significant amount of time in my daily operations. I especially want to highlight the support team: fast response times, professional answers, and solution-oriented help, even with more complex topics. For anyone running a serious multichannel business, M2E is definitely a strong and reliable solution. Highly recommended!

The support team is fast, friendly, and truly solution-oriented. What I especially appreciate is that they even implemented an extra feature specifically based on my request, which I needed for my workflow. That level of commitment is rare. After first installation, it did not 100% work with our fulfilment setup, but the support team helped us overcome all issues and the integration works now very well for us. We will continue to use the App and this will help us to grow the business. Thank you!

Great support! I am not even a big customer, but they answered very fast. I had a small problem and they fixed it within a few hours. Service and app runs smooth. Nice to know that someone is at the backend helping if something goes wrong. Keep it up!

Great support team and also very fast development of improvements! We only use it for order and shipping sync for Temu marketplaces. The sync of orders worked perfectly since the beginning. With shippings there were issues as our fulfillment provider did not provide the value for shipping carrier. The app developer however managed to quickly implement a change so that this issue was fixed and since then I have much less manual work - thank you .)

Great help and support from Kate and the team during our initial setup. The dev team have also been really supportive of exploring new features when we suggest improvements or some additional functionality. The user interface is easy to setup and manage, and data sync is frequent and accurate.

We're a large retailer and have operated on ebay and amazon for years with different technology partners, M2E is by far the best we have worked with for functionality, reliability and support. The features of the app would suit both small and larger retailers, the user interface is easy to understand and work with whether making small changes or managing larger inventories in bulk. With M2E you can drive your business forward optimising listings, theres not much you cant do, but if you find something their support team is willing to help you through it.
