It does what is described, there are some limitations but thats a shopify thing and not theirs. They are fairly quick to respond and explain what they can and cannot do which is greatly appreciated when Shopify support has fell so far.
Music to our ears. Real support from real people, that's what we're here for. Glad the fees are running smooth on your store and draft orders.

Stephen and his team did a wonderful job assisting us with automatic fees for Shopify POS. The app works exactly as expected and is very reliable. So if you need an app for adding either manual or automatic fees on POS, this is the best one.

I couldn’t be happier with Magical Fees—this app truly deserves 5 stars! The level of customization is incredible, making it so easy to tailor everything exactly to my needs. Setup was quick and straightforward, which made getting started an absolute breeze. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer support. Jeff was fantastic—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. It’s rare to find both a powerful app and such outstanding support behind it. I was recommended to try this app, I installed it but had difficulties getting it to embed on my site. Reached out to support and got help within minutes, they connected via collaborator log in, and had it doing what i wanted quickly. Very pleased.

The app is great but the support is amazing. We've had issues here and there but they are quick to look into it and make fixes when necessary. We use the app to apply fees for select products that ship to a specific state, so it's highly customizable.
Happy days. Customizing fees by product and state is one of those setups that needs to be right, super glad we got everything working for you.

Magical Fees is the only fee app that allows you to apply a fee based on a specific or individual state/province situation. All the other apps we tested only allow "Location" (the entire country) which is a major limitation. The solution Magical Fees applies during the Cart to Checkout process is very smart and not a hassle. Very easy app to setup and the support was great.

I needed to add a mandatory deposit, and this app was easy and did what I needed to do. It broke out the main price, and added the refundable deposit. It was not a free addon that I needed throw into the checkout, and all of the apps that I tried just provided this function.

I use this app to add tariff costs for my US customers. It's easy to use, set up and maintain through all the constant US tariff changes. Anytime I have a question or need help I get an actual person for support (no chatbot!) and they're always very quick to answer and to fix any issues, or help make modification to better fit my shop. Would definitely recommend this app!

Set up was easy, and the support response was quick and very helpful. Just added can deposit fees for provinces requiring them, and it seems to be working fine so far

I had a hard time setting the app but the customer service I received is amazing. The app is doing what it needs to for my additional taxes on some products and at this price I am more then glad we choose them ! I will recommend that app 100%
