Magical Surcharge + Extra Fees

Magical Fees was easy to integrate into our site and their instructions enabled us to do exactly what the app advertises. Adding a tariff surcharge and processing fee was easy and straight forward. Also a major positive: their support team was super responsive when we encountered an issue.

Easy solution for implementing tariff fees, and changing them quickly when new policies are announced. Only took a few clicks, highly recommend.

We use this app to set up a weight buffer. If an order contains a product sold by weight, we include a buffer so we are able to adjust the final price. When the order is placed, the customer pre-authorizes an amount. The buffer allows room for our weight adjustments before the final charge is processed.

We are using this app to add US section 338 tariffs on to products affected by the new tariffs. Customer service was excellent and they help set up the app properly within minutes. High recommended! Especially for Canadian businesses that need to constantly change tariff fees based on the back and forth policy changes. Thank you magical app!

I added this for help with the tariff situation and it has been extremely helpful. Navigating these tariffs have been brutal but this is great to add the fees without adding it to your product. Amazing.

I'm using this app to apply percentage-based tariffs on shipments (mostly to the USA from Canada in our case). It works effortlessly for this. Just select the products or collections that are subject to a specific tariff, and select the Market the tariff applies to, and you're all set. Customer sees the tariff / fee as a separate line item and it has no impact on customers in other Markets. I think this is a real life-saver for anyone shipping DDP who might need to adjust fees based on a percentage tariff and / or the €3 per product EU duty.

I needed a solution for adding the credit card processing fee to the customer's subtotal and found Magical Fees. As soon as I activated the app, I received an email from their support offering assistance with setup. Within minutes they had it up and running. Too easy.

We needed to apply this app, due to the high cost of credit card fees we were absorbing. Kyle walked us through every aspect of setting it up. As a small business owner, I doin't always have time to deal with reading instruction or dealing with Chat bots, so it was great to speak with a person, especially someone who is friendly and professional.

This is a must have if you need to charge various types of surcharges (taxes, consigne, etc) The support is 10/10 and ultimately the reason why we chose this solution. Highly recommend!

I have purchased a lot of apps on Shopify, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had! First, the setup was super easy. I downloaded this app just to test whether it fits my needs. It failed to meet my expectations and I haven’t used it officially, yet my payment was charged. Please help me process the refund.

Fairly simple app to set up and use. We are currently using it to display eco fee messaging for our France market and to apply the correct eco fees to individual products for compliance. Stephen from the Magical Apps team also helped us get the messaging displaying correctly on our storefront with our custom theme. He was super helpful and responsive when we needed support. Great app and great customer service.

We use Magical Fees in Ireland for the Re-turn plastic bottles or can deposit fees. Depending on the size of the product fees can start at 0.15. Magical Fees does an excellent job of adding the fees to the order as a separate line so there is no confusion with the client and their product orders. Its also a great was for us to audit and send these fees into Re-turn. Totally recommend - easy set up, clear labeling, options to add own text and imagery.

App works very well and I needed some help setting up some discounts after the fee calculations and Jeff from the support team was awesome and helped me beyond just the Magical Fees app! It was one of the best Shopify App support experiences :)
