I'll let everyone else talk about how seamless this integration is, but I want to talk about the Support team. We ran into an issue connecting to Mailchimp. I clicked to contact support for the integration and they actually helped! It turned out there was a real issue. (It wasn't me.) I worked with David, who kept in touch every day, asking if I could try one more thing and assuring me that the team was working on it. And they were! It turns out that there was some old code from a previous version of the integration that was still lurking around and causing issues. They found it and fixed it. Now it's working great. It's easy to complain when things aren't working right, but the communication was so great that I was confident that it would be fine. On the integration itself: The fact that your products load automatically makes creating emails so much faster!
