Easy installation although a bug of some sort prevented embedding app into Shopify theme initially. Lance with support was super helpful in working through this and issue was resolved same-day. Too early to evaluate the plugin as we just installed it but appreciate the help getting over the hurdle.
Just finished a support session via chat and email with Cyrus after discovering a weird technical issue on our website that prevented us from seeing the app embed switch. Cyrus summoned his developer and backend team to look at the issue. They found the problem, fixed it, and got us back on our feet with Mailchimp. I have a problem with abandoned cart not being sent, and Paul guide me step by step to check. Since it requires a test to make sure, we still need to wait and update again later. Overall Paul has been really helpful and patient. Thank you!
