Wow Mary was so helpful. I have been trying to deal with other web chats (meta) where it was an AI bot and never got the actual help I needed so it was refreshing to be able to talk to someone who could actually help. Fantastic customer service

Had issues in the publishing of the new pop-up subscribers sign-up form on our online shop after migration from the legacy pop-up form. Contacted the Live Help was promptly attended by SEPH. Detailed and helpful with the issue resolved and concerns answered very quickly.

Had a small issue, but connected with support right away and all was resolved - Thanks to Nadz for the help. I've used mail chimp many years ago for a past business to good effect, but there's been lots of additional features that are super attractive to use with my new Shopify build as I see now.
