App didn't sync our first-time customers correctly but Troy from Mailchimp support was quick to have that fixed. Hope it will be stable from now on.

Works fine out of the box. The only thing i had troubles with is with the combination of the shopify standard newsletter signup form and editing or adding tags, to create the mailchimp automation flow i want. The Support of Nadz was very helpful to explore different ways to find a solution.

We have been using Mailchimp since starting the business and it has helped us greatly with marketing and newsletters. The Shopify integration was super easy to set up and when we did need help Cyrus on the support team got us sorted straight away. Highly recommend.

Paul from customer support was extremely helpful with getting my issue escalated to a developer.

Working the app was a little tricky as there were some integration issues, however Sean in support was brilliant - 5 full stars to him!

Easy installation although a bug of some sort prevented embedding app into Shopify theme initially. Lance with support was super helpful in working through this and issue was resolved same-day. Too early to evaluate the plugin as we just installed it but appreciate the help getting over the hurdle.

Jean helped me with logging in, was a very simple task but she took her time to help me and was very kind and patience! So great customer service!

Marz is expectional!

As usual Paul was helpful. However, this time round, he made it more challenging but I enjoyed the session as it helps me to figure out things on my own as well. Thanks Paul.

Nadz was very helpful and patient with us. The app itself is proving to be quite challenging so I would strongly encourage getting support.

The app is pretty simplistic but has the features we need. Joanne was helpful and timely in addressing my issue and looking into it.

I've been using this app and it's very easy to navigate but I had issues with the integration of the app and my online store but i had a very good experience with customer support (Sher). I'm hoping for smooth workflow from here on in.

Customer support with Mailchimp is comprehensive and easy using their chat feature. I had an issue connecting my Shopify store and my assistant Marz was supremely helpful, walking me through every step of the process. Even when we got disconnected, by simply typing their name into the chat I was immediately reconnected and didn't have to explain my issue again to another agent. While it took some time, Marz stuck with me the whole time, and made the process less confusing. Won't hesitate to reach out for support in the future.

David is helpful, we weren't able to fix my issue but he said he would escalate it further.

Good app, simple to use, and great support. We had problems with our embedded form not updating customers' tags, Sher from their support team was very resourceful and helped us resolved the issue
