Fablewood Design Co. review for Mailchimp Email SMS Marketing

I haven't started using the actual app yet, but the customer service has been excellent so far. They reached out to make sure the integration went smoothly. My chat rep's name was Mary, and she seemed friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to answer my questions in a way that was clear to understand. She was also very quick to respond any time I asked a question. I wish all companies had chat support was like this!!
