After some initial struggles installing the app when it was first released, we've been very happy with this solution. Once we got everything installed, it has kept us connected to our MailChimp account which is very helpful.

Hi, thank you for the feedback. Earlier today, we experienced technical difficulties with ShopSync loading up correctly in Shopify. Our engineers reacted quickly, and the issues have since been resolved. During this time, data was being processed as normal in the background if your app was connected. The problem was isolated to the app settings loading up correctly in the browser. We apologize for any inconvenience, let us know if you have any other questions.
