We love the ease of this app, but are having issues with the mobile view of the pop ups. The "x" to close out of it on mobile keeps disappearing. How do we contact someone to discuss?

I contacted them multiple times on several issues for 3 days and nobody gets back. still waiting for assistance !

Every time I try to import the customer list from Shopify, I keep getting this error, "Invalild according to policy: policy condition failed", like really? All I did was use the exported file form shopify and uploaded, why is this such an issue?
Hi Xavier, Extremely sorry for the inconvenience. A reply to yur support request regarding this issue was sent but I did not hear. Can you please provide the CSV file in a support request so I can try and reproduce this issue on my end.

This app has been incredibly valuable to our business. It has helped to drastically increase our newsletter subscribers and also is now our go to tool for landing pages. I could not ask for much more from a free app.

I did a quick newsletter pop up with MailMunch. It is super easy, don't need to know anything. Am building my list there, could also link it with e.g. MailChimp. It's free, but I think I'll upgrade to have a cooler design.

Great free app! Super easy to set up and use. Cheers dudes. It'd be nice if there was just a little bit more control over the form fields in the popup (colour and text).

Good app to use but the loading time could be improved anyways I installed only 1 day and collected already 4 users without any advertising campaigns going on

I just switched from a different popover app to MailMunch specifically because it will let me apply Infusionsoft tags to email leads without having to pay an exorbitant amount of money for the privilege. Thanks for making the exact functionality I wanted, guys!

App works ok so far and easy to use. But the prices are much different than what is advertised here. If you want any kind of premium template, you need to pay 24.95$ a month, wich is far more than the 5$ or 10$ premium plans advertised on this page. Also, customer is not good. Had to wait a week for an answer, they probably wanted to make sure my free trial expired by the time they answered me. I now upgraded to a 24.95$ account because the 14.95$/month account does not cover premium (custumizable) themes. Hopefully they will refund the initial 14.95$ I never used. Will update the review.

This is super easy to use and get going right away. There are no hidden fees, which is awesome. The customer service is friendly. I use the free version but will move to the paid version soon for the upgraded features. I like this app because it has a free version you can use for as long as you need and see what would fit you best. They aren't pushy like sumo or some of the other companies. They are chilled out and easy to handle. 5 stars for sure! The only thing I would really really like is if they didn't make the customer (my customers) put in their email address for everything. Some of the stuff I want to do would look better if I didn't ask for the emails of everyone. I would actually pay for the feature of not asking for emails. Maybe they make their money by collecting everyones emails and selling them, haha! Anyway, try this app- its nice.

Syncs up to my Mail Chimp email list very easily :) The free version let me customize everything I needed to setup to pop-up without it looking scamy.
