This is a great app that does it's job well, with a minimum of fuss. It was easy to integrate into our custom theme, and has been working without any major issues ever since (which is to say, for quite some time). On the odd occasion that we've needed to contact support they've been responsive and helpful.

I’ve been using Magical Make An Offer for a little while now and the app itself works brilliantly. It does exactly what it’s supposed to and adds real value to my store. When switching themes, there were a couple of small issues — nothing major and certainly nothing to gripe about. What impressed me was the customer service. Support was immediate, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue straight away. A couple of hours later I noticed something else that needed adjusting, reached out again, and bang — sorted immediately. I can absolutely handle the odd hiccup with apps, especially when the customer service is this responsive and on point. Excellent support like this makes all the difference. Highly recommended.
