The app works great for either automated offers or manually approving offers. We've been using it for more than 6 months successfully. (I'm writing this review because the app has asked me 200 times to write a review and I'm tired of seeing it)

This app was one of the main deciding factors that brought us to Shopify. The developers go above and beyond to make sure the app works correctly and that you are happy with the experience. It's very professional from the back and front ends with lots of useful features that we hadn't even considered beyond just 'making an offer' on the product page. This app helps create a relationship with the online customer, it has definitely increased sales and gives us valuable information on where a customer perceives the value of the product should be.

Just installed the app and get the support from the Make an offer team to fix the issue on the display page. Awesome App. It brings a fantastic customer experience. I hope this will increase our sales. I will keep updating the review as I get some results.

I used this app to get offers but it sidesteps the shipping so if accepted, the customer is able to pay without paying for shipping; minimally useful! Also it has spelling errors (counterd, etc.)

Update : Fixed, thanks make an offer. I can't download my offer, counter offer always error when buyer trying to use the offer link. No support at all. I will change this after developer respond to my email.
