This app does everything that I need it to do, and does it well. It was really easy to set up, and integration on my site was trouble-free. Customers who have used it have done so without problem. The one improvement that I'd like to see is to include a 'make offer' button on products displayed on a collections page.

So far so good. Within a day we have received offers which have converted to sales. Its great that the app is free and only charged a percent if sales are converted.

Highly recommend this app. Pro. you will get a customer who is ready to buy but looking for a deal. Con. You will never go to sell customer at MSRP price.

We sell a high end items and usually can give a bit of a discount. This app made it easy and helped us make a lot of sales we would have not otherwise made. Love the new design!

A great app to drive communication with customers. Probably most valuable for high price items where you have enough margin to offer discounts. This gives some price control back to the customer and in our experience creates genuine and reasonable offers in the most part. So all in all a great addition to our site.

Really helpful app! I can recommend it to everyone. I think there is still huge potential. I think blocking people to using extra discount codes on top the items from Make an offer can be amazing. Also, to have a bit more visual modification will be great! Overall great app!

This app is pretty great and for us, it has generated in the first month (trial month) over $5k additional revenue. I don't think of it as a cheap app, I think of it as an app that allows you to connect with customers in a way you usually can't. By opening up the door to hearing from customers their issues with price, you give yourself a chance to have a dialog with the customer. I also love how it has filters so for some products it can accept automatically, and others it counters. Their support team was amazing, and they even added additional functionality for me personally, which was a life saver. To Ivan specifically, I'm thrilled you did what you did, and so quickly too!

The app has helped cultivate a wider community base. It has brought us greater engagement from new customers who otherwise would browse by. It's nice to give customers a say. The team has always been very responsive with finding solutions as our shop expands. What will not change is how integral the app is to the experience of our online store.
