Great app for the money. Especially in vintage retail the ability to haggle and negotiate on price is key. Over 70% of my sales come with some conversation about pricing and this makes that process easier for both myself and the buyer. Great value for me.

Excellent app and very easy to use. Brought in more business and customer interaction. Customer service is wonderful! Could not ask for more from this app. If you are flexible on your pricing then this is an app you should get. I definitely recommend it.

Really like this app! It's essential for the products we sell. Have used other apps/extensions in the past and this one is the best by far. Easy to use and works seamlessly. This is an amazing app if you're selling in a competitive industry, or if you want an opportunity for your customers to engage with your shop. We've had a lot of sales that wouldn't have been possible without it. The customer support is responsive, and they're putting in more functionality. I can't wait. A+++

I have tried this for a few months now and will be cancelling the app today. While the concept is good, I find it has some further development needed before I would recommend it. The app does only give you the option to exclude items from the feature, it does not allow you to exclude whole brands, categories, price ranges or collections. There also doesn't seem to be an expiration on the offers, or we can't find one. We should be able to determine the period in which a customer can have the accepted offer before it expires. The customer can put in a note when they make offers but the merchant cannot put in a note when they respond which makes it hard to communicate why you may not have accepted that offer. It has become more of a liability not knowing how long the offers sit out there than it is worth.

This app was instrumental in getting some of our products moving. We like the interface and implementation within our Shopify account. Of course, it does lend itself to some lowball offers that come in, but it gives some interesting data on what people are willing to pay for certain items.

Love this App! It has really increased my sales, especially of multiple, high-end items, as everyone wants a better price if they are ordering multiple items. The owners are also very responsive and helpful with any issues or questions.

What a fantastic app. We have picked up so many extra orders because our customers love to get a cheaper deal. It is great for clearing out sale stock. The new features allowing us to accept, reject or counter the offer is so convenient and I use it on my phone.

Very helpful app. Announcing a sale, in this case a Moving Sale, really helped kick up interest - and the Make an Offer sale resulted in much greater sales than a year-end sale. I sell skis, and they come in numerous lengths. The app allowed individuals to make purchases without specifying length, which created extra work to resolve. 2018/5/29: The ability to limit the pop up to certain items has proven very useful. I enable the pop up on clearance items, which helps move them, and don't enable it on current items, which preserves pricing and makes my retailers happy.

I've installed a lot of apps in my Shopify shop. This is by far the most user friendly, convenient and SIMPLE app I've seen! The setup page is intuitive, and you don't need to be a programmer to customize the best offer app (a huge plus for busy shop owners). I had this app up and running in my shop in LESS than a minute! Once it was up, I tested it and it worked like a dream! I can't say enough good things about a Shopify add-on that didn't make me tear my hair out getting it set up. I'm so used to things being difficult that the level of simplicity blew me away. Thank you so much for considering the non-tech savvy! "Make an Offer" installed like a dream and didn't mess with any of my formats - it does what it says it does! All you have to do is click some buttons, maybe slide a color slider to tweak your color scheme, and type a little text to customize the look. That's IT! It comes with an inbox so you can handle your offers. An email is also sent to your registered email so that you know an offer has arrived. Accepting, countering and declining offers is as easy as a push of a button. Click - click - DONE! In addition to Make an Offer being so user-friendly, the developers have an excellent support network. My inquiries were always answered quickly, professionally, and in a friendly manner. They stand by their product - so much so that you can make them offers on the app price itself! In my collectibles based market, most products do not have a set price. Being able to barter with customers is ESSENTIAL. Even if you aren't in a market where bartering is commonplace, give it a shot. Giving your customers the option to shave off even $1.00 is attractive, interactive, and fun. It gives you a unique chance to have conversations with your visitors and learn more about their needs.
