When ChatGPT broke through to the masses, we started experimenting if you could create an intelligent sales assistant just in a regular GPT. Once we had proven it to ourselves and our specific use case (advisor recommending rackets to player based on preferences, playing style, etc), we started researching how we could utilize it on the website. After much back and forth, we found Manifest, and it's exactly what we were looking for! We haven't had time to use it much yet, but my impression is that it is really good for "upper funnel" customers and the support team at Manifest is really responsive and working hard to refine it according to our needs so it will work very well for "lower funnel" customer as well. Highly recommend to try it!

We are a new small UK company and we were looking for options to help our customers and keep them on the site longer. We have noticed an increase in uptake by our customer using this app and the beauty is that we can can see full conversations and make improvements as a result of this. The app is extremely easy and the customer service has been amazing. Customers are now using this app over the standard search bar making a more personal service.

Amazing experience with Manifest AI, it reduced the dependency on customer support significantly. No. of inquiries to our support reduced by 85%. Amazing tool and it has been working without any problem from day 1. so a must have app for all the website which needs higher interaction with support team.

I've tested MANY AI-powered chatbots, and Manifest is definitely at the top. They keep rolling out new features and improving the app all the time. Their support has also been great and super responsive. 100% Recommend!

We love it! it's one of the the only apps that does this at an affordable price right now! Customer service i pretty good, if they forget to get back to you just send a follow-up. I like that they are constantly improving which is amazing!

Luring me with a free download and then saying you have a 100 messages limit and wanting me to pay.
We apologize if there was any confusion regarding the message limits and charges. Our intention is to offer an introductory plan that provides users with an opportunity to explore our platform and its features at no cost. While the message limit is set at 100, it allows users to experience the basic functionalities of our service.
Manifest AI is wonderful. I am a one-person operation and I have to sleep sometimes, and Manifest AI does the work of a customer service rep so I don't have to. The one thing that they don't offer is a message when someone removes an item from their cart. But no one seems to have this function, so it's not surprising that they don't. Anyway, they're working on it. Thanks, Manifest AI for a great system. :D

I don't like people who make promises and don't keep them. They made me a very good offer just to get a positive review when the app was new and didn't have any. After a few months, I found the bot deactivated. I would have appreciated it more if they had not offered anything and immediately denied the service rather than making false promises just to get reviews. In any case, this app is overpriced, better if you look elsewhere. Furthermore, the bot doesn't work very well either, not even by manually entering the information. It's responses are often wrong or out of topic.

hi there. i installed the app and it worked initially for 30 mins then the widget disappeared on-mobile only. on-pc it was still being displayed. i decided to uninstall and then re-install it. however, the re-install is not executing as it should. could you please let me know or perhaps help me out with this uninstall/reinstall issue. awiaiting your reply. thank you.
