DO NOT USE. 1st support call deleted all of my Etsy categories, tags, digital listings, disconnneted my files and added shipping. Customer support are still "looking into it" (2 weeks later) 2nd support call. how do i disconnect one product... "set it to inactive and it won't delete it.. " "are you sure it will not delete the product" "yes" okay... guess what... deleted the product on Etsy.. "oh sorry.. yes Etsy will do that" FFS
