I spoke to Jeff as i wanted to unlink a product which I thought was being sold on one platform and being fulfilled via another - turns out it wasn't and Jeff very patiently explained this to me. He also helped me with settings where I had different prices showing on each of the platforms and explained how to rectify this. He was a delight to deal with, explained things in a way that I understood while, educating me in this brand new world of e-commerce!
