This creates a false impression that resolving issues will take a long time. The support team consistently refuses to acknowledge problems with their application, instead blaming platforms like Etsy, Amazon, or eBay for any issues. We also use other apps without experiencing problems, which we find depend on our clients’ preferences and budgets. Lastly, I would advise caution when believing everything they say. There are online threads that highlight deceptive tactics they use to discourage users from uninstalling the app or leaving negative reviews.
